I have a BA in Physical Education and Ergonomics from UC Santa Barbara and a master's degree in Counseling from California State University, Fresno. My therapeutic approach combines Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients with stressors including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and chronic fatigue. I provide a nurturing environment where you can explore your authentic self and practice new skills for a meaningful and joyful life.
