Hi! My name is Nancy Soria. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 5 years providing therapy. I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, and crisis situations. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. Currently my scheduling/billing is done on Headway.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect to receive a welcome email within 24hrs of booking. We will begin with an introductory session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will then explore your goals and together create achievable steps toward these goals. I am here as a guide to provide facts and strategies to manage barriers as you move forward toward your goals. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Individual Resiliency Training (IRT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward personal growth and stability.
