“It was my first session and I was really nervous. It's my first time doing therapy so I didn't know what to expect. She realized this and took over the conversation at first, allowing me to undertand this is just the beginning of a long conversation.”

“I chose Natalie because she had the word accountability in her bio, and I prefer therapists who challenge me and push back. I appreciated that when difficult topics came up, she asked if it was okay to discuss them and I felt like I truly had space to say no if it wasn’t a good day to talk about it. I love that she cares about the time and work that can happen between appointments. I also disclosed things that are difficult and felt no reaction or judgment, just thoughtfulness and gratitude”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
