What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer therapy sessions online via Simple Practice and in-person in WA. I am available Tues-Fri 11am-7pm.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a client-centered, trauma informed therapist trained in systemic models and the ORCA stance (openness, respect, curiosity, accountability). I practice Solution focused therapy among various other models, the type of therapy I use in session is uniquely dependent on each client.
