Hi; my name is Natalie Irvine. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I have over 20 years of experience. I have experience in working with OCD; depression; anxiety; bipolar; and grief. I work with individuals in learning what their triggers are; the warning sign; and assist in developing helping coping skills to use daily. I assist in developing healthy boundaries; challenging anxious thoughts; and using grounding to calm down our bodies and thoughts in order to gain control over our lives again.
