What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a calm and relaxed disposition. There is enough excitement in the world outside of my therapy setting, so I enjoy being able to support others in leaving the chaos at the door and bring forth calm to your nervous system. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive counseling, trauma-informed care as well as cultural competency and cultural humility

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We typically start off with a free 15 minute consultation and if you feel comfortable with me, we will move forward with scheduling your intake which on average is 90 to 120 minutes. We then will meet for weekly sessions which are on average 45 to 60 minutes long after identifying goals for treatment.

Ongoing session: $165 for 60 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
