Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin to pile up. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging space where adolescents and young adults feel heard, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful change. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based approaches, & career counseling to help clients build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life they want. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and goal-oriented! I take a holistic approach to helping others. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life direction, school stress, motivation, self-esteem, or feeling “stuck,” we will work together to identify your strengths and create realistic, achievable steps forward!

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a mother, Veteran, school counselor, and therapist, I bring compassion, authenticity, and professional experience to my work with adolescents and young adults. I strive to create a supportive and empowering space where clients feel heard while navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have over 4 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, with a strong background in both counseling and education. My counseling style integrates various person-centered and strengths-based approaches. I support clients in exploring past trauma, relationships, and family dynamics while identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to work towards manageable change. I emphasize accountability and empower clients to create meaningful, lasting change aligned with their goals.
