I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in 2004. My Bachelor's Degree is in Psychology from Rutgers University. With 20 years of experience, I have primarily worked in outpatient settings providing individual and group therapy. I have experience working with adults, geriatric patients in an inpatient setting, and clients with severe mental issues in a residential setting. I work with clients and family members to assess treatment levels, create treatment plans, provide resources, and support. My therapeutic approach is to be your guide in a supportive role as we explore the best therapeutic process for you. Together, we will create a plan that promotes self-awareness, balance, and personal satisfaction.
