UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focused on trauma therapy with more than 15 years of clinical experience. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Binghamton, and a Bachelor's degree from Keuka College. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, supporting people during adolescence, mid-life, and end-of-life stages. Much of my practice emphasizes helping people coexist with anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD (civilian and military), familial discord, or simply coping with daily life circumstances. I take a collaborative, holistic approach to the healing process to help you get unstuck. I recognize there is not always a one-size-fits-all solution; however, together we can take the journey toward a better sense of fulfillment in life.

However, together we can take the journey to a better sense of fulfillment in life.
