I also specialize in pregnancy & postpartum mental health (PMH-C), bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges—because life changes can be tough, and you don’t have to face them alone. If you enjoy conversational therapy, journaling prompts, working on both present and past, exploring patterns and addressing relationship dynamics we might be a good fit!
