Nick Cibulka is a kind and knowledgeable Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training and experience in Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Suicidality and other Mental Health conditions. Nick has been working in the behavioral health field since 2007 and has worked in Clinical Leadership roles and Crisis Responder roles in addition to the Counselor role. With training in a number of different modalities, Nick believes in an approach to treatment that educates and empowers the individual to connect to their own internal and external resources in order to achieve their desired outcomes. Born and raised in the Midwest, Nick now lives with his family on the Oregon Coast and spends as much times as possible outdoors, enjoying all the beauty and adventure that Nature has to offer.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
