I work as a therapist and life coach for young adults. This transitional phase of life can have challenges; but is also bursting with opportunity to create the life you've always wanted. Clients and I work together to understand how their past can contribute to current challenges; but also how they can move forward and use their experiences to find purpose. As a therapist; my Christian faith informs my therapeutic approach; however; I encourage anyone; regardless of where they are on their faith journey; to reach out and come as you are.
