Hello, my name is Nicole Messick and I have been providing professional support within my community to individuals and families since 2006. It has been my good fortune to work in client homes, shelters, schools, and hospital settings to support youth, adults, elders, and their families. My more recent focus has been on working with youth and young adults, providing specialized guidance for each client in developing coping skills that help minimize their feelings of depression and anxiety. I thrive in showing individuals how to advocate for themselves when feeling overwhelmed or confused, and ultimately in developing executive functioning skills to be more efficient with the demands of daily life.
