I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment because I was in urgent need of speaking with someone, only to find out at the time of my appointment—after I had to call—that they were saying I did not have an appointment. I was then told that because they had not received the required forms, I would not be seen. The frustrating part is that the forms were never sent to me in the first place. I had made the effort to schedule the appointment and was relying on the office to provide the necessary information and paperwork. To be turned away at the time of an appointment, especially when I was urgently seeking help, was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. There needs to be much better communication and coordination with patients.
