My practice is deeply rooted in Bowenian and Adlerian theories, and I utilize a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and reflective listening to help you reach your goals, no matter where you are in life. As an Air Force veteran, I've had the privilege of working in diverse mental health settings, including a men's penitentiary, and I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Born and raised in Pomona, California, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology during my 8 years of active duty service in the United States Air Force. Outside of my professional life, I love to travel and cherish my roles as a wife and mom. I believe in helping my clients overcome feelings of inferiority, accept life's hurdles, consider all options, and work towards positive change.
