I focus on holding a safe space for clients to access their strengths and pain points. I am to provide authentic witnessing of clients' challenges within a psychodynamic framework. With professional and personal experiences with neuro-divergence, I focus on lightening shame and lifting so that clients can live authentically. Our work often focuses on reprocessing or releasing pains from the past to free you to create a different story moving forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am actively present, reflecting and offering perspectives rather than tasks and homework. I try to help clients know their strengths and true experiences. Clients find in me a dedicated partner to accompany them on a healing journey of their own making.
