Hello, I'm Nina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and stress through Biofeedback (HRV Training). As the Founding Director and CEO of my practice, I focus on improving performance for both corporate teams and individuals. My approach is rooted in the belief that understanding and controlling our physiological responses can significantly enhance our mental well-being and overall performance. I have extensive experience in the field of corporate wellness and have been recognized as an award-winning consultant. My practice is dedicated to providing tailored strategies to help clients navigate life's challenges, whether it's managing workplace stress, dealing with grief, or navigating significant life transitions. In addition to my clinical work, I am a published poet and the author of a children's book on grief and loss titled 'A Rose for Mat™.' I have also created several programs and tools, such as 'The ReThink: Achieving Goals When Intention Is Not Enough™' and 'Your Life’s Encore: Controlling Your Emotions After A Life Transition™,' designed to help individuals achieve their goals and manage their emotions effectively. I am actively involved in the academic community as a college psychology professor and serve on the organizing committee for the Neurology Congress. I also beta test emotional regulation devices, staying at the forefront of innovative therapeutic techniques. Outside of my professional life, I am an avid runner and have completed four half marathons, as well as multiple 15k and 10k races nationwide. Running is my way of maintaining balance and staying grounded. If you're looking for support in managing anxiety, stress, or navigating a life transition, I would be honored to work with you. Together, we can develop strategies to help you achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being.
