UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I provide psychological therapies to adolescents, adults, and couples. I am experienced in conducting assessments and delivering clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, I have worked with individuals facing medical challenges, grief, and loss. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, couples, and family therapy. As a clinician, my role is to offer a safe and therapeutic relationship, guide you through your exploration and path to growth, and provide opportunities to learn new skills and coping strategies. Psychotherapy offers a corrective and healing therapeutic relationship, creating a safe environment to share. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
