My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, couples, and family therapy. As a clinician, my role is to offer a safe and therapeutic relationship, guide you through your exploration and path to growth, and provide opportunities to learn new skills and coping strategies. Psychotherapy offers a corrective and healing therapeutic relationship, creating a safe environment to share. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
