Hello! I'm Janeil, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed addiction counselor (LAC), with 25 years of experience. I have specialized training in trauma processing using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and am also trained in IFS (internal family systems parts work), CBT, and DBT. As a psychotherapist, I strive to create an open, validating space where you can feel safe to share, learn new tools, and leave with renewed hope. I graduated from Adams State University in 2000 and have had the privilege of supporting adults, adolescents, and couples as they navigate trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, focus and attention challenges, substance use, and grief/loss. Every single day we face significant stressors with limited healthy supports and mental health resources. Now is an opportune time to explore your internal world, heal trauma, and form mind/body connections.
