What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling style is warm, engaging, and client-centered. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. However, I recognize that every individual is unique, and I tailor each treatment plan to fit the specific needs and goals of my clients. I believe that true transformation begins with self-awareness. Understanding the root of our challenges, recognizing triggers, and reshaping perspectives are essential steps in fostering emotional health. By shifting how we see ourselves and the world around us, we can create positive behavioral changes and lead more fulfilling lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you are seeking personal growth, struggling with life’s challenges, or simply in need of a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I am here to support and empower you. My goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life with clarity and strength. I look forward to working with you on your journey to mental wellness.
