I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience working in the field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression; anxiety; personality disorder; substance abuse and HIV/AIDS. My therapy style is warm and interactive with a person centered approach. I believe in treating everyone with respect; compassion and sensitivity. I am trained in CBT and DBT techniques.
