Hello and welcome! My name is Odion, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, veterans, and families in a variety of settings-from outpatient programs and crisis services to group therapy, family counseling, and one-on-one counseling. I support clients navigating many different challenges, including anxiety. depression, trauma, substance use, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and relationship struggles. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward growth and healing. In our sessions, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based, person centered practices. More importantly, I work to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, valued, and encouraged to take meaningful steps forward. Outside of my work, I love traveling, enjoying good seafood, singing, and watching movies (especially Marvel!).
