“The beginning stages were a bit of a pain and I couldn’t figure out headway very well, plus the office doesn’t communicate through talk, only text/email. They ended up cancelling my first appointment due to these issues, but it’s understandable since they needed my credit card info and all. Olga was fantastic, 5 min early to the appointment, very understanding of my needs, and super supportive, I will be moving forward seeing her! She seems fantastic!”

Hi, I’m Olga! I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, phobias, ADHD, addiction, depression and the feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed in life. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in what works. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy to support you in both understanding what’s going on and making meaningful, lasting change. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person brings a different story, different strengths, and unique needs into the room; therefore, I tailor my approach specifically to you. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, especially if you’ve been trying to hold it all together for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you can show up just as you are; no pressure, no judgment. Whether you’re trying to manage racing thoughts, break patterns that aren’t working anymore, or build better coping skills, I’m here to support you through it all. Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective. It just has to be real, and that’s the space I try to create with each person I work with. I look forward to our work together.
