UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. As a mental health counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, I am passionate about helping others live happier, healthier, and more authentic lives. Whether this means overcoming a specific challenge, navigating life changes, or treating a particular diagnosis, my treatment approach is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe that we are "masters of our own ship," as they say; with the power of therapeutic insight, we learn to understand and navigate turbulent emotions as we steer toward healthy change. Change is daunting, and taking a step toward improving our well-being is no exception. Your courage and willingness to explore yourself is a powerful strength, and I look forward to taking that step with you.
