Olivia Cannon, LCSW

Olivia Cannon, LCSW

Psychotherapist
NJ
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey, working with both children and adults navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, generalized anxiety, depression, and OCD. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, racing thoughts, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we will work together to better understand what’s going on and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My approach is active, direct, and solution-focused. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and supportive therapy to help you build skills, increase insight, and create lasting change. I also recognize that starting therapy (or starting over) can be a big step. I aim to meet you where you are, while gently challenging you toward growth in a way that feels manageable and realistic. If you're looking for a therapist who is engaged, practical, and focused on helping you see progress, I’d be happy to connect.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
