Olivia Massey is the owner of Elevated Minds Therapy LLC. Olivia is a Licensed Social Worker and a trauma informed therapist. She is trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy which helps clients relieve stress from PTSD or trauma. Additional modalities that she uses are Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also regularly utilizes and teaches grounding techniques in sessions such as breathing and relaxation, tapping, mindfulness, and visualization exercises.
