“As a late-diagnosed woman with OCD and autism, it was difficult to find a therapist who understood my needs beyond the diagnostic bullet points. Olivia met me where I was several years ago, and her trauma-informed guidance has helped me find peace within myself and the world in a way I never imagined was possible. She asks the right questions, remembers tiny details, and is highly empathetic to every difficulty I bring up, big or small. She's never once made me feel judged or misunderstood. It's clear that she truly cares. She's reliable and present. Her active listening and openness invite trust. She's deeply knowledgable, and remains up to date with new developments in mental health care. For many years, I saw no way through my personal struggles navigating the world. Complex trauma quietly ruled my days. But over time, with consistency and patience, self-awareness and discovery, and slow, steady growth, Olivia has helped me change my life.”

Getting to know Olivia Sindall

Hi, I’m Olivia — a therapist with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and the understanding that all people have the innate ability to transform and heal. Through my clinical experience, I’ve found a deep resonance in supporting emerging adults, first-generation college students, young professionals, and those navigating life and career transitions as they seek to better understand themselves and their stories.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with self-awareness and connection — and that every person holds the capacity to grow and thrive when met with curiosity and compassion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I view therapy as a co-creative process where your voice, experience, and insight guide our work together. I draw from relational and narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, parts work, and an attachment-based lens to help you explore and integrate the many parts of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced developmental and relational trauma, and I also work with clients navigating depression, PTSD, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed, my goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome and worthy of exploration. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your inner resilience, and move toward a fuller, more integrated understanding of who you are.
