I treat symptoms based on individual needs, recognizing that each person's story is unique and there is no "one size fits all" approach to treatment. With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky and a Doctorate in Psychology from Walden University, my approach to therapy is to collaborate with the individual to tailor the best possible treatment process for them. After all, you are the expert on your life, and it should remain that way in therapy.
