Hello! My name is Ophelia. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016, and I have experience supporting clients ages 18+ with concerns such as Relationship Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Boundary Issues, Coping Skills, Life Coaching, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Career and Work Counseling, Communication Problems, Control Issues, and Family of Origin Issues. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I also have a doctoral degree in counseling and training in integrative mental and behavioral health. My practice approach is integrative, and I tailor my approach to meet each client's presenting needs. I am most passionate about helping my clients nurture healthy intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. I offer various therapies and treatments, including Coaching, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
