I graduated from Argosy University and have dedicated much of my career to helping people navigate difficult periods in their lives.

Life is full of changes and transitions, and those experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. In our sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify strengths, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings, which has helped me develop a dependable and compassionate approach to care. I value open communication, consistency, and providing thoughtful follow-through for the people I work with. I also believe strongly in the importance of self-care, balance, and allowing ourselves time to rest and recover when needed.
