I like to think that therapy is a way to talk about your daily struggles with events that have happened or are happening in your life that others may find to be hard to understand. Some of my clients first came to therapy because something had happened in their life, and they felt that they couldn’t talk to anyone about it. That is why I am here for you! My goal is to be your biggest supporter that also challenges you to grow into the person you want to be. I am a recent graduate from Walden University where I obtained my master’s degree in social work. I previously studied human services at Western Washington University. I have lived in Washington all my life and enjoy being outside with my family. My personality improves my therapeutic approach because of my ability to relate with clients and use realistic approaches.
