What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in meeting every individual that decides to work with me, "where they are". You may be navigating unchartered territory, but you truly are the conductor of your "life train". There is a bravery in starting therapy, so I am always honored when someone has the courage to participate in therapy with me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy starts off with a free 15 minute consultation to ensure that I can provide you with the support you need. After that, we confirm benefits. Then we schedule a 90-120 intake assessment, where you talk about your history in-depth, and then ongoing therapy sessions are scheduled.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $200 for 120 minutes
Ongoing session: $165 for 60 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

We verify your insurance prior to the start of treatment. If there is a deductible you will be provided with that information to make an informed decision regarding payment plans and/or moving forward with treatment. Copays are taken at the time of service. Sliding scale and payment plans are available on a case by case basis.
