I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of South Dakota and Michigan. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, addressing a wide variety of issues. I specialize in complex trauma, attachment, and personality disorders. Additionally, I work with mood disorders, relationships, grief and loss, ADHD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger and impulse control, and adoption issues. I am certified as a Personality Disorders Treatment Provider (C-PD) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTP-II). I am trained in EMDR interventions and utilize Expressive Arts Therapy techniques. I am also pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist. I am committed to helping individuals realize their full potential, recover from traumatic experiences, establish healthy relationships, and find ways to improve their quality of life. Navigating through challenges on your own can be difficult and overwhelming. It helps to have someone who understands your struggle and will walk with you on your path to recovery.
