Group facilitation has taught me the importance of rapport and listening to different perspectives. My extensive anti- oppression training and commitment to social justice have shaped my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in counseling and have worked with clients of all ages, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am well-versed in various therapy models, including Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. During sessions, I utilize humor, warmth, mindfulness, and cognitive surprise. I am grateful for every client I meet and the lessons they teach me. I look forward to meeting you.
