Getting to know Patricia Cody

I have been counseling individuals, children, families, and couples for 25 years. I have experience treating depression, PTSD, anxiety, adolescent behavioral problems, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management issues. My clients regard me as someone who has not only helped them navigate through some of life's most difficult challenges but someone who advocates strongly for them and cares about them. Helping people improve their lives is my mission and my passion in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat lifespan issues, situational issues, mental health issues, and women's issues. This includes issues related to self-esteem, family discord, anger management, communication, social skills, parenting, grief and loss. I have worked for years with clients experiencing life at its harshest. I have provided crisis intervention, support navigating the school system when in need of extra help, and trauma pertaining to rape and childhood sexual abuse.
