Hi, I'm Patricia! I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2016, but my journey in the mental health field began back in 2000. I've lived in Lynchburg, VA my entire life, and I have a deep passion for helping people feel comfortable in their own skin. As an ally and the proud parent of a transgender son, I am committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all my clients. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care. I believe in being open-minded and laid back, creating a space where nothing is off-limits when you need to process. It's your journey, and I'm here to help you navigate it every step of the way. When I'm not working, I love immersing myself in horror films, spending time on the river, participating in jeep events, and enjoying the company of my chosen people.
