I'm licensed in Addiction Counseling and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and also trained in CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I've been in the behavioral health field for 19 years. I work with women and men who want to understand and change their addictive patterns to improve their health, relationships, and overall outlook on life. I also work with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA) and others who may have a loved one struggling with a substance use disorder, with the understanding that this common challenge impacts the whole family system. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for change and growth. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
