I'm Patricia Jones-Pope, LPC, founder of Women Empowered Enrichment & Counseling Services, LLC-a telehealth-based private practice serving clients across New Jersey. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, heal, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and emotional well-being.
I work with, adults, and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Trauma-Informed, and Supportive modalities to meet each client's unique needs.
Whether you're working to rebuild confidence, improve communication in your relationship, or process grief and life changes, my focus remains consistent: helping you gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and move forward with greater authenticity and balance.
To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of each session, clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify me in advance. Timely attendance allows us to make the most of your session and maintain consistency in your care.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy: $150
Couples Therapy: $175
Family Therapy: $200
Payment is due at the time of service. I currently accept Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Medicare plans), UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Aetna (including Medicare plans), and select EAP plans (Amazon, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum), in addition to private pay.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
