What should a new client know about working with you?

PHC Mental health is a client centered practice. We develop an individual treatment plan for each client. Our primary modalities are Cognitive Therapy and EMDR.

At PHC, we are here to provide you with effective evidence-based practice, a compassionate approach to healing, and a safe, judgment-free space in which you can focus on what matters most: your mental health.
