I firmly believe that therapy works best when the therapist comes alongside the client as an equal partner on the road to wellness. I graduated with my BA in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2012; and with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2018. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and have done most of my work with kids; adolescents; and adults dealing with anxiety; depression; and trauma.
