What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that it is the strength of the relationship between client and therapist that most impacts change. I strive to create a unique therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I achieve this with my non-assuming, collaborative approach to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me will look like a real conversation... I have heard stories from friends and patients who have had therapists in the past who just sit and listen and create a lot of awkward silence. ALL of them have said how unhelpful that was for them. BUT it takes two. I expect all of my clients to come prepared to focus and help co-navigate the direction of therapy alongside me.
