Do you feel misunderstood, alone or overwhelmed? You are not alone. Here at Integrative Holistic Therapy, your needs and progress are my priority. As the name of my practice suggests, I take a holistic approach to treatment—a more inclusive and broad view of client wellness. True healing incorporates not only your psychological wellness but also your spiritual, emotional, physical, and social health. I am passionate about helping others transform their lives through empowerment and lasting change. Together, we will walk through issues of meaning and purpose, loneliness and rejection, loss and fear, and hope and healing. My therapy is integrative, which means your needs will be addressed by incorporating Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. We will work on identifying problematic interpersonal and thinking patterns, building better coping skills, and bolstering your sense of self. You can reach your potential—and I can help you get there. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and completed my internship at the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board. Since 2008, I have been in solo private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families on issues such as depression, anxiety, spirituality, relationships, narcissistic personality and abuse, anger management, stress management, low self-worth, and low self-esteem.
