I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively.

Paulette is an Angel god send from above! I leave each session super happy, and heard. She makes difficult things to discuss so easy. I was amazed how within 2 sessions she figured out things about me I’ve been trying to accomplish for what feels like a decade. I never feel judged, rushed, or like a paycheck. Paulette Braha was both warm and compassionate throughout each of our sessions. She is both insightful and thought provoking and I leave each time feeling like I have made progress. I have had negative experiences with therapy in the past, which made me hesitant to begin again, yet Paulette made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the start as opposed to judged. I feel that I have had tremendous growth since we began. I would highly recommend her!

I started working with Paulette a few years ago. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and physical pain including muscle aches, irritable bowel syndrome and fatigue. Working with Paulette has really helped me a lot. I have learned so much about myself and where my emotional and physically manifested pain was all coming from. Paulette is soft spoken and understanding. She has always validated my feelings and made me feel so normal. I never felt judged or misunderstood. Her tips for calming my anxiety have been useful to me. Every time I start to feel myself begin to fall into the same old patterns I use my strategies that I have learned with Paulette. Her kindness and genuine concern for my well being is apparent in every session we have. I am feeling so much better after doing the psychotherapeutic work with Paulette!

Working with Paulette has been a transformative experience. She is warm, empathetic, and caring. She listens deeply and truly understands my feelings. She has helped guide me in my endeavors,and taught me how to understand myself and the situations I am confronted with in a more calm, poised way than I did previously. Exploring my past and the ways in which it has affected me presently has been eye opening on so many levels. I am finally living a more meaningful life because of the therapeutic work I have done with Paulette.
