I am a positive psychology theorist who believes in holistic wellness to bring balance to the human mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I hold a PhD in Human Behavior from Capella University, a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from CUNY.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling style is a multifaceted approach for enhancing wellness. I specialize in trauma-work and I am trained in EMDR therapy. I have worked with individuals who experience depression, anger, anxiety, trauma, and bereavement. I am currently EMDR Trained.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a wide array of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Family- Structured, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered for counseling people with Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and those who have difficulty managing their emotions.
