I am a licensed clinical social worker in the great state of Virginia, holding a Master’s in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. I have more than 6 years of experience as a practicing social worker in civilian and veteran hospitals as well as private practice. I have successfully served civilians, active military, and veterans who have dealt with a variety of challenges, including sleep issues, anxiety, depression, marital, financial, and grief. Additionally, I have worked with people experiencing difficulty in the natural transitions of life, such as health changes, grief and loss, and empty-nest-related issues.
