As a certified integrative mental health professional and autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York, I use an eclectic approach of cognitive-behavioral and strength-based techniques to explore safe, effective, and affordable evidence-based holistic methods. My goal is to help individuals achieve optimal mental and emotional health and wellness. I have experience providing clinical consultation, individual and group clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults within a variety of clinical settings.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
