Priscilla has worked in the counseling field for the past 14 years and has a passion for working with those seeking recovery from substance use. Working in community mental health for the past decade has lent itself to Priscilla obtaining a variety of skills related to mental health treatment including DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and various mindfulness practices. Priscilla received a master's degree in community counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. Additionally, she has completed a graduate certificate in substance use therapy in 2011 and a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2024. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in both state & national parks, playing amateur photographer, and spending time with her family, friends, & pups.
