What is your typical process for working with clients?

We usually spend the first two to three sessions getting to know you, your background, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and create a plan that feels meaningful to you. As therapy continues, you'll have the space to talk freely, process challenges, and develop tools that support your growth. Because therapy isn't one size fits all, I regularly check in about what's working, what isn't, and adjust my approach to best fit your needs.
