I've served as Lead Therapist at various substance abuse programs in the Boulder area, and I'm proud to have served as Clinical Director at Choice House for Men. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. I've also been trained in Hakomi and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Furthermore, I'm a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor trained and certified by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Kevin Griffith. I bring a compassionate, mindful, and somatic lens to my sessions.
