Hello, I'm Rachael. Life can feel extremely overwhelming at times, which can often lead to feelings of nervousness, unease, despondence, or even guilt. These feelings can greatly impact our well-being, especially when we don't have the right tools to help work through them. Sometimes, it can feel impossible to deal with life's stressors, often wanting to do anything to provide relief from them in the moment. I can help guide you on this mental health journey and together we can learn and work through these stressors. In 2019, I graduated from Simmons University with a master's degree in Social Work. Now, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have been working in inpatient level of care for 6 years. I was primarily working with children and adolescents, and their families, who struggle with eating disorders, along with anxiety and depression, and I briefly worked with adults also struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and OCD in a partial hospitalization setting. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard and understood. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and OCD, with a particular focus on children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, persistent anxiety, or other mental health challenges, I'm here to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your feelings and develop effective coping strategies. When you're ready to take the next step, please reach out to me via phone or schedule a time to chat on my calendar. Let's work together to find the relief and support you need.
